Not much, seems like it was once a good hotel and it changed management for worse

When I went into the room the WiFi wasnt working, the landline phone didnt work so I couldnt order room services (I asked the staff at the lobby two times to fix it and nobody came), there was a leak in the sink which they never fixed, the extractors

Nothing except the staff were friendly

No parking/ the breakfast was bad/ the iron was damaged and provided with another one later

The apartment was big. Alot of space

The toilet were small and the property wasn’t well maintained. Needs to be cleaned everyday

All the stuff was friendly Foods were good

The location is far from some places in Dubai, but it's ok

The suites are big and the facilities available are good The staff is cooperative and fast in responding and action The location is good and a laundry place, supermarket and pharmacy are near the suites

I had to ask for an iron to do my clothes and the cash locker in the wardrobe wasn’t working The bathtub didn’t look clean, it has some cracksI found a lash extension on the table of the television so I’m not sure if the cleaning process is thorough The forks in the kitchen weren’t very clean as well they had old stains

There was no parking available, and the breakfast was disappointing with very limited options.Sure! Here's a more polished version:The rooms need better cleaning and maintenance.

My stay at Al Maha Regency Hotel – Sharjah was truly wonderful! ?I stayed there for a full month, and it was a very comfortable and peaceful experience — the beds are great and perfect for good sleep ?Special thanks to Mohammad Kamrul haque for his professional and kind attitude, and to Mahmoud from the reception who was always polite and very helpful ??Honestly, they are the best staff I’ve ever dealt with — genuine, respectful, and they make you feel right at home ? and I consider also Habib.The hotel is very clean, though the furniture is a bit old. I just hope they consider doing some renovation or upgrades soon to make it perfect ??Overall, I highly recommend this place — especially for those who value comfort and great service ❤️

Location was okLift is okStaff are ok

Bathroom has mold and bathroom ceiling also has Mold even in room walls also has Mold. Curtains are dirty and bed bottom cloth are also ditry. Sink was blocked which was beside the Fridge. The coffee tea tray was also very dirty. the corridorhas no fresh air. It was close everywhere .

No Parking

No parking...it costs you 40% of the room rate to park your car..AC doesn't cool in the room..

I have stayed here earlier & this is my 3rd stay in last 2 years. Its a decent place with huge room area.

Should have electric point near the bed area

Very nice and friendly staff , respond for your request rapidly without delay . Very neat and clean rooms with well equiped studio apartment . Strong wifi coverage to attened my online mettings. Nice calming music in the elevator . It is actually an amazing place

there is no slippers for washroom my bedsheet smell was not so good

The staff at the reception, were very friendly and helpful specially the old security guy. He was doing both things, doing security and handling the luggages. And when anything I needed for the kitchen, they’d provide it. Stayed there almost a month.

1- The one bedroom where we’ve stayed in, not sure if other rooms at the same floor were experiencing this. The water pressure for the shower, was very low. It took me forever to finish showering.I told them to check it out. They came, checked and nothing was fixed till we checked out. 2- THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE PARKING. You have to look around the area to find parking, and that takes very long. Or a pay parking area beside the hotel, which will cost you 40 Dirhams per day.3- The place needs more maintenance.A work on little things like, replacing light bulbs or adding more in one unit, hair dryer in the toilet, door handles and exhaust fans needs to be cleaned or replaced.4- Curtains has to be replaced or cleaned. Because it looks old and very dirty at the bottom.

I did not like the bathroom, it was not clean enough. also there is always smell in the bathroom. it was room 204

Nothing is good

Old rooms ,old furniture ,bad smell ,no parking ,unprofessional staff don’t know how or don’t want how to treat with customer , worst stay ever, waste of money

The furniture is very bad the bathrooms, all leaking, broken and nasty

Only the the stuff they are good people and they try to do the best

very clean and awesome staff and the location is at the centre of sharjah and near anywhere you need to go in sharjah and the staff are very helpful and friendly

Breakfast was good and the location was good too within reach of supermarkets, restaurants etc.

Rooms were not to my expectation. Furniture, decor etc were quite tatty and worn out and allso not clean. There was dust on the furniture.

I was upgraded on the spot to a diplomat suite. Massive lounge and room with kitchen facility. Housekeeping excellent as the fridge was faulty and got replaced straight away. Air con was blowing not very cold air and got fixed straight away. Over all very good experience. House keeping staff called Apsar was amazing and very helpful. The rest of the team was also friendly and co-operating. Room service was quick and food was good.

There was some stains on sofas arm rests which should have been cleaned but I was told house keeping tried various methods and unable to resolve as they were oil stains from previous guests head hair resting there. I was given extra clean sheets to cover those stains off. Toilets could probably need refurbishing and bidet wasn't working.

Foods are good

When I first entered the room, I saw the dirt on the floor and curtains. Likewise, when I entered the bathroom, I could see human hair behind the door. The cleaning is not good.
